ATTAIN Bus Operator Mentorship and Apprenticeship Webinar – May 27, 2026

Panelists from Star Transit (TX), WeGo and ATU Local 1235 (TN), and NJ TRANSIT and ATU Local 819 each described their recent success in starting a bus operator mentorship program. These agencies offered unique perspectives and insights due to the relative size of their workforce and the different scales at which they operate. This webinar showed examples of programs with both represented and non-represented workers. TWC team members facilitated a panel discussion and an audience Q&A.
